Cet hélicoptère appartient au Service ukrainien GUR en tant que plateforme d'évacuation sanitaire financée par le financement participatif dans le cadre de l'association caritative Donate to Evacuate lancé à l'initiative des étudiants de la Kyiv School of Economics (KSE) pour collecter 1 million de dollars pour deux hélicoptères d'évacuation sanitaire MI-2 AM-1. Le nom de tous ceux qui feront un don de 100 $ sera dessiné sur cet hélicoptère comme motif de camouflage et peint par les calligraphes ukrainiens, les sœurs Lopukhina et leur équipe.
