Special decoration applied to a General Dynamics F-16D-42-CF "Fighting Falcon" of the 56th Operations Group (56 OG) - 310th Fighter Squadron  (310 FS) "Top Hats" of the US Air Force (USAF) based in Luke Air Force Base with a "Legacy" paint scheme matching that of the F-16D assigned to the 19th Fighter Squadron (19 FS) but loaned to the 33rd Fighter Squadron (33 FS) flown by Captain Gary "Nordo" North, callsign "BENJI 41", deployed to Dhahran, Saudi Arabia from Shaw Air Force Base, South Carolina and shot down an Iraqi MiG-25 Foxbat E aircraft on April 05, 1991 as part of Operation Southen Watch.
