Décoration spéciale appliquée sur un Boeing MH-47G "Chinook" du 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment (Airborne)(160th SOAR(A) "Night Stalkers"- 3rd Battalion - Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC) de l'Armée des Etats-Unis basé à Fort Campbell, Kentucky avec  des " Adidas pour Chinook's". Ces appareils ont tous volé au Vietnam, comme en témoignent les écussons BDR dont certains sont encore ornés. Ils se rendaient à un entraînement hivernal en haute altitude, d'où la présence de skis.

Special decoration applied to a Boeing MH-47G "Chinook" belonging to the 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment (Airborne) (160th SOAR(A) "Night Stalkers" - 3rd Battalion - Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC)of the US Army based at Fort Campbell, Kentucky with " Adidas for Chinook's". These aircraft all flew in Vietnam, as evidenced by the BDR patches, some of which still adorn them. They were heading to high-altitude winter training, hence the presence of skis.
