Le 31 Janvier 1945, cet avion a été transféré à No.311 BS (ex No.311 Escadron Tchèque du Coastal Command de la RAF. Autrefois, il avait servi au 53 Escadron, RAF. Pendant son service avec le 311 BS, il a effectué 18 sorties de combat. Le 24 Mars 1945 l'équipage du W / Cdr.Kostohryz a attaqué un U-boat, deux jours plus tard ils ont attaqué 2 autres U-boats. Malheureusement toutes les attaques ont été infructueuses. En Juillet 1945, ce Liberator est devenu le premier avion transféré à la Tchécoslovaquie. Il a fini savie, crashé sur un réservoir d'eau à Ruzyne/Prague et abandonné sur place

On January 31st 1945 this aircraft was transferred to No.311 BS (ex No.311 Czech Sqn, Coastal Command, RAF). Formerly it was served at 53 Sqn, RAF. During its service with 311 BS it flew 18 combat sorties. On 24th March 1945 crew of W/Cdr.Kostohryz attacked U-boat, two days later they attacked next 2 U-boats. Sadly all attacks were unsuccessful. In July 1945 this Liberator became the first aircraft transferred to Czechoslovakia. Later it finished his its life at water tank at Ruzyne/Prague and abandonned on place.
