Décoration spéciale appliquée sur un De Havilland Canada C-23 "Sherpa" dans une livrée grise qui n’est pas sans rappeler celle des avions de l’armée américaine et arbore une surprenante mâchoire ensanglantée de rat dans le cadre d'une exploration du marché européen pour une éventuelle renaissance du C-23 Sherpa. Baptisé "Pack Rat", l'avion est d’ores et déjà une des vedettes du rendez-vous anglais de l’aéronautique contemporaine. L’avionneur le présente comme ultra-polyvalent, pouvant aussi bien faire du transport de fret que de personnels, de paras, ou encore de troupes, mais également des évacuations sanitaires ou du soutien aux forces spéciales.
A special livery has been applied to a De Havilland Canada C-23 “Sherpa” in a gray scheme reminiscent of U.S. military aircraft, featuring a striking, bloodied rat’s jaw as part of an effort to explore the European market for a potential revival of the C-23 Sherpa. Named “Pack Rat”, the aircraft is already one of the stars of the British contemporary aviation event. The manufacturer describes it as ultra-versatile, capable of transporting cargo, personnel, paratroopers, or troops, as well as conducting medical evacuations or providing support to special forces.
